James had an unbelievably warm and outgoing personality which allowed people to gravitate to him instantly with his incredible character always lifting up the room wherever he went. When not skateboarding or causing mischief with his friends he was always playing guitar, drawing or playing many games of scrabble, highlighting his multi-talents excelling at all facets that he attempted in music, art and writing. Loyal to his friends he managed to create such strong new friendships whilst maintaining his oldest friends. So many people who knew him have been touched deeply by the event of his passing – the show of support from his family and friends is the greatest testament to James himself. All this whilst dealing with bipolar shows the tremendous level of character that James possessed.
