IPS (individual placement support) employment service, supporting people experiencing severe mental illness into employment. Also, we offer job retention service for people in employment who are at risk due to their mental illness. We are also part of the ESF funded Connect Me group of partners offering employment support to people with mental health issues in the city. We offer a supported employment service to people who are in or have been part of Secondary Mental Health Services, people who are unemployed or inactive, to help them find employment.
