This year, our advice team supported over 5,000 people through our telephone and webchat service, with hundreds more reaching out via email. On top of that, over 175,000 resources were downloaded from our website—proving the power of accessible, life-changing information.

In 2023/24, we supported 1,768 carers with advice and practical help to look after their wellbeing while caring for someone with mental illness.

We supported 6,915 people living with mental illness before, during and after they spent time in prison.
