You can increase your donation to £0 at no extra cost
When you give money to Rethink Mental Illness and agree to Gift Aid because you are a UK taxpayer, we can reclaim tax on that money. This means that a £1.00 donation could be worth £1.25 to us. We need you to provide your full name and home address so we can claim Gift Aid on your subscription. By clicking 'Yes', you understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year, it is your responsibility to pay any difference. You also understand that Rethink Mental Illness will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that you give. You also agree to Rethink Mental Illness treating this subscription and any donations you make in the future or have made in the past four years as Gift Aid donations, until you notify you us otherwise. If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your gift aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
