Often the person you are supporting is a family member such as a partner, wife, husband, son, daughter or a friend. Whether or not you think you are a ‘carer’, support is available. We help over 200 people a year across Bristol who are looking for advice, support or information.

When you contact us, you can expect an initial phonecall with a member of staff specialised in understanding the complexities of caring for someone with a mental illness. We provide individual support, group support, carers assessments & breaks, workshops & social events, advice, signposting, as well as liaison with mental health professionals and services. We are experienced in working with people from different communities and backgrounds, and can book an interpreter. Download our service leaflet

Coming up: Join our new carers support group for six months from October... or if you prefer to drop in from time to time, come to our Carers Hub on Cheltenham Rd from October. You can join Rani on a walk on 10th Sept (call Rani on 07436 246 182) and our last focus group on carers breaks will be online on 18th September. And we would appreciate your feedback before the end of September.
