Warwickshire Supported Living Service
Nursing and residential care
Our service can give you the support you need to recover a better quality of life, and improve your wellbeing.
After leaving hospital you can come and stay at one of our supported living houses where we can help you learn the skills to live independently in the community.
Our accommodation is close to Rugby town centre and only 10 minutes walk from one of our 24 hour staffed residential nursing services.
We are also open to anyone already living independently in the community who is struggling to manage their mental health
