Our group offers men who are looking to improve their mental health, the chance to come together in a safe, supportive, and welcoming space. We hold weekly football sessions to provide a consistent support system and non – judgmental environment, so members can openly share their experiences.

We want to empower our members to actively participate in their mental health journeys and reduce the stigma around mental illness. Where we can, we want to increase social and support networks and reduce isolation and loneliness.
