Sheffield OCD Support Group
Open to: People with Mental Illness
Sheffield
We meet on the third Tuesday of each month between 2.00pm - 4.00pm
Group Coordinator: Jonathan Clitheroe ---- Group Co-facilitator: Julian Hall
Our Sheffield OCD Support Group offers people affected by OCD, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) and hoarding disorder the chance to come together in a relaxed and welcoming space. Our friendly group meets once a month to share experiences, coping strategies and information, and to offer support and encouragement to each other. We never put pressure on anyone to share how they’re doing. We just offer the space for people to do so freely and without judgement, so our members feel less isolated and more supported. We have longstanding links with OCD Action, which helps us keep up-to-date with additional help and support that's available to our members, including events focusing on OCD. New members are always welcome - no referral is required but we do ask that if possible you email us before attending.
