We meet fortnightly on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, from 1-3pm.

The Wiltshire Hearing Voices Group, which has been running since 2016, provides a safe and non-judgemental space where people with unusual sensory experiences, such as hearing voices, smelling, seeing, tasting, or sensing things others do not, can share experiences and coping strategies. Although up to 1 in 10 people hear voices, many are frightened to talk about them.
This group is open to everyone who lives with hearing voices or other unusual experiences and the sessions are informal with a break in the middle. As it is a drop-in group, there is no referral process, and you are free to come and go as you please.
The group is also a member of the Hearing Voices Network.

Why not put on your wellies and join us at Wild Walks for Wellbeing? Or maybe your walking boots! Come and enjoy the countryside, take a walk and nurture your wellbeing. We meet to provide friendship, support and company, which includes listening, alongside helping each other to keep active. We explore places in and around Bristol, with walks typically accessible from the city area. But if we go further afield, we use public transport together. We have been as far west as Cardiff and as far north as Worcester in the past. Get in contact for more details and an initial chat. All are welcome for any of our walks, and we look forward to meeting you!
The London Arts and Social Network is a peer led network whose members identify with the difficulties associated with personality disorder (whether formally diagnosed or not). We provide a space for people to meet and enjoy London-based arts and cultural events. The network aims to give people who may be isolated an opportunity to make new friends and enjoy the experience of going to cultural events with a peer group who can appreciate the difficulties of having a personality disorder.
We are a relaxed and fun art and crafts women's group who meet every Friday at Bude Methodist Church Hall for a good measure of peer support amongst our paint, pens and brushes. Our members all have lived experience of mental illness, and we are here to listen and share experiences in a relaxed and compassionate atmosphere. We also occasionally organise lunches and invite speakers. Please call for an informal chat beforehand or meet up to hear more about us and our activities. We would love to hear from you. No experience of art and crafts necessary. Our activities are for all levels.
Our group offers a unique opportunity for people with lived experience to gain confidence, build self esteem and combat social isolation. We are a peer led support group and we aim to aid recovery and social well being by offering a safe and welcoming environment

Our Braintree art group has been running since 2008 and offers people with lived experience of mental illness the chance to come together in Braintree to write, paint and draw. Our friendly group offers a safe space for people to share their experiences, tips and knowledge, as well as work together to fundraise and campaign together in their local community. New members are warmly welcomed.
Our Eckington craft group offers people living with mental illness the opportunity to come together and socialise. Our welcoming group also offers members the chance to develop a range of creative skills, including textiles and sewing, card-making, painting and drawing, in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment. The group is facilitated by friendly and experienced people with a variety of craft expertise. Generally, new members are referred to the group by outside agencies, but anyone is welcome to drop in to meet everyone. If you are interested in joining the group please do get in touch.
Our Sheffield OCD Support Group offers people affected by OCD, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) and hoarding disorder the chance to come together in a relaxed and welcoming space. Our friendly group meets once a month to share experiences, coping strategies and information, and to offer support and encouragement to each other. We never put pressure on anyone to share how they’re doing. We just offer the space for people to do so freely and without judgement, so our members feel less isolated and more supported. We have longstanding links with OCD Action, which helps us keep up-to-date with additional help and support that's available to our members, including events focusing on OCD. New members are always welcome - no referral is required but we do ask that if possible you email us before attending.
