Our groups are run by volunteers, many of who have lived experience of mental illness either personally or in a caring role.

Groups can help you build self-confidence, become more informed and this may lead to you becoming more in control of your life.

Our advice service
The Rethink Mental Illness Advice and Information Service offers practical help on a wide range of topics such as The Mental Health Act, community care, welfare benefits, debt and carers rights. We also offer general information on living with mental illness, medication and care.
