Since 2020, Rethink has been proud to deliver the Inclusion support service across Wiltshire, supporting people to overcome isolation and engage more in their community.

The contract ends on 30 June 2025 so we will no longer be able to continue to provide this service.

Due to the current numbers of people already being supported, and those on a waiting list, we are now no longer accepting new referrals. This will allow us to support as many people already waiting before 30 June.

We’d like to reassure anyone who uses this service that other options are available, and support will still be accessible from 1 July. You will be supported by staff throughout the transition, who will provide information about how to access other support services from 1 July.

If you have any questions, or would like to discuss this further, please continue to call us on 07467 764171 until 30th June. You can also email us on WiltsMHIS@rethink.org

All parties involved will be working together to ensure a smooth exit from this contracted service. People who still require help at the end of the contract will be able to access alternative support. More details on this will be provided at the appropriate time.

____________________________________________________________________________

The Rethink Mental Illness Wiltshire Mental Health Inclusion Service provides a community mental health service for those in Wiltshire. It is to help support you if you are feeling isolated or lonely due to your mental health and create opportunities of growth to access your local community. The service is jointly funded by Wiltshire Council and the Wiltshire Commissioning Group.

As per the above notice, our service is now closed to referrals for direct one-to-one support. However, you can still receive guidance and advice by visiting the Wiltshire Wellbeing Cafés, which continue to operate. At these cafés, Inclusion Coaches and volunteers are available to provide information on wellbeing support and opportunities to connect with your community. Please see below for further details and links to the group pages.

Referrals are now closed

• As of 1st March 2025, the service is no longer accepting new referrals due to the service coming to a close on 30th June 2025.
