Following our recent report and webinar, ‘Building Community into the Integrated Care System’ we are pleased to announce the launch of our new Community Mental Health Progress Evaluation Programme.

‘Building Community into the Integrated Care System’ (ICS) made the case that it is now more important than ever to invest urgently in community mental health and embed changes from transformation programmes, ensuring people can access the care they need in and from their community. We presented learnings from across VCSE, Local Authorities, NHS and Experts by Experience on how sectors can work together to achieve this, as well as the four core aims and future goals of ICSs.

We shared tools and solutions to common problems based on our learning and experiences working in long-term partnership with six areas across the country.

Our Community Mental Health Progress Evaluation Programme builds on this work, and our commitment to supporting organisations, partnerships and systems to continue prioritising mental health.

This is a three month programme, where our team of experts will provide a tailored assessment of the current status of Community Mental Health Transformation in your ICS footprint, helping systems understand how to overcome their challenges and further strengthen successes. Key areas of focus include coproduction, alliance building, integrated delivery, partnership with VCSE & Local Authority, contracting, reporting, and more.
