• Our helpline service includes a translation service called Language Line.
• If you want a printed versions of any of our factsheets call our Supporter Care team on 0207 840 3131 and ask them to send you a copy. If you want a large print version please say the size font you want.
• Below you can find some factsheets in different languages and easy read.
• Our information on Anxiety disorders includes British sign language videos created by Royal Association for Deaf People. See ‘Is this information accessible?’
• Some of our advice and information webpages include short videos summarising the content.
• There is an accessibility function on our advice and information webpages called Recite. On the desktop site, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner next to ‘Donate.’ On the mobile site, scroll right and click on the ‘Turn on accessibility’ icon. The Recite function allows you to:

1. hear the text read aloud, in over 100 languages,
2. change the type and size of font, and the line height and character spacing,
3. change the background colour of the text,
4. translate the text into many different languages.
