Advice service
Over the phone, we directly advised over 3,238 people on mental health issues, including living with a mental illness and medication. We also advised 3,252 by email and over 777 by webchat.

Our trusted and Patient Information Forum accredited online mental health information was viewed by 4.2 million people in 2022/23.

Carers services
We provided 1,242 carers with a range of support and advice to maintain and improve their wellbeing.

In care homes, local communities and secure settings, we helped over 6,665 people with a different range of needs.
Criminal and secure services
We supported 5,537 people living with mental illness before, during and after they spent time in prison.
Housing services
We provided 575 people with a therapeutic and recovery-focused home environment and support to help them live independently.
