Rethink Remembers Adam
Adam, my brother, was a very talented young boy who grew into an equally clever man. He was very gifted and excelled at many things, especially music which was a favourite.
In his life his greatest achievement as far as he was concerned were his two children Emily and Edward. Becoming a father had been a dream since he was 16.
Like all of us Adam was far from perfect but he spent his life trying to be the best person he could be at the same time covering/fighting the illness that was growing inside him. This in turn put a stop to any aspirations he may have had.
In setting up this tribute fund as a family, we thought that at the same time as keeping Adam’s memory alive, the money could somehow be used to help others.
Rethink Mental Illness is also the chosen charity of my Dance School, so any money the children raise will also go towards helping Rethink with their good work.
