Taking part will help you look after your health, set you a challenge and help raise vital funds to support people severely affected by mental illness who need our help.

The Rethink Mental Illness advice and information service offers practical help on a wide range of topics such as The Mental Health Act, community care, welfare benefits, and carers rights. We also offer general information on living with mental illness, medication and care.

Our mental health training
Mental health training is one of our key ways of changing the experience of people affected by poor mental health in this country. We aim to enable people to feel more comfortable and confident to talk about mental health and know more about how to respond when problems arise.
