- Our advice and information helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4pm, excluding bank holidays. The phone number is 0808 801 0525.
- Our webchat service is open from 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Look out for the webchat icon in bottom, right-hand corner of the screen.
- You can write to us at Rethink, PO BOX 18252 Solihull B91 9BA. We aim to post our reply within 5 working days of receipt of your letter.

We also offer general help on living with mental illness, medication and care. We are happy to receive Relay UK calls.
