The Rethink Mental Illness advice and information service offers practical advice on a wide range of topics such as The Mental Health Act, social care, welfare benefits, and carers rights. We also offer general information on living with mental illness, medication and care.

    • Our advice and information helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4pm, excluding bank holidays. The phone number is 0808 801 0525 
    • Our webchat service is open from 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Look out for the webchat icon in bottom, right-hand corner of the screen.
    • You can email us at advice@rethink.org. We aim to respond within 5 working days. 
    • You can write to us at Rethink, PO BOX 18252 Solihull B91 9BA. We aim to post our reply within 5 working days of receipt of your letter.
