Reviewing our advice and information service

Your opinion matters

The Rethink Mental Illness advice and information webpages had over 4.45 million views last year. And over 6,000 people got advice via our national helpline, email and webchat.

With so many people in England living with severe mental illness using this vital service, we want to know what difference it has made and how we can keep developing this aspect of our work.

Help us evaluate our advice and information service

Take part by completing our online survey

Provide more detailed feedback online or in-person by emailing rebecca.moran@rethink.org or completing this form.

About the evaluation

By reviewing all of our national advice and information services we aim to evaluate:

  • The impact and value of our advice and information service.
  • Any areas for service development and improvement.

We will collect feedback using:

  • Online surveys.
  • One to one interviews.
  • Group discussions (focus groups).
  • And data collected via the website.

And we will use the feedback to secure future funding and support for the service to help us to continue to deliver the best advice and information possible.

Reimbursement

For anyone attending in-person sessions, we’re offering a non-compulsory reimbursement of £15 per hour as a thank you for your time. We anticipate that your involvement would be between five to 10 hours.

Diversity and inclusion

Our services are designed to be relevant and accessible to all. We value the perspectives and insights from people with a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and experiences

We particularly encourage people from the following communities to consider this opportunity:

  • Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds.
  • Anyone with a sensory or learning disability.
  • Anyone for whom English is a second language.

Thank you

We appreciate your support with our advice and information evaluation. Together we can continue to improve the lives of people severely affected by mental illness.
