Zero Suicide Prevention Alliance Free Training
Free online training courses for anyone who wants to know how to recognise and support someone who is suicidal. This course is useful if you just want to know more about suicide or if you want to know more so that you can help a loved one, a coworker, a neighbour or a member of the public. There is a 5-10 minute gateway course and a 20 minute course that goes into more detail. Zero Suicide Alliance is funded by the Department of Health and Rethink Mental Illness is one of the member organisations.

We need to talk about suicide training course
This free, online course takes around 60-90 minutes to complete and is designed for health care professionals and volunteers to enable them to recognise early warning signs of suicide, support patients and their families, as well as offering additional health services in this time of need. The e-Learning resource has been developed alongside Public Health England (PHE) and has been supported by families who have lived through suicide, as well as health care professionals who work in mental health services.
