Harrow Rethink Support Group
Open to: Carers and People with Mental Illness
Our support group and activities are open to carers, people living with mental illness and their families and friends. The support group provides mutual support, as well as helpful information via our monthly evening meetings. We also aim to improve local mental health policies and services by promoting members' views at local and national meetings.

More Than Just A Choir
Our group offers adults affected by mental illness the opportunity to sing and socialise in a safe, friendly and creative environment. We hold weekly choir rehearsals and organise public performances each year, although there is no pressure on anyone to perform. We also organise social trips which take place outside of rehearsal times, and run courses and workshops. We are part of the Harrow Rethink Support Group. Don't Fret
We are a beginner/intermediate guitar group which meets every Sunday afternoon, although more experienced players are welcome too. Our main aim is to have fun while learning a few guitar tricks, chords and strumming techniques along the way. Our song repertoire ranges from The Beatles to Robbie Williams, so there's a song for everyone. Don't Fret and UkeCan combine to gig locally, but there is no pressure on anyone to perform. We are part of the Harrow Rethink Support Group. For more information please contact Patricia on 07914 373934 or email patriciaggates@gmail.com

Munch and Mingle
Come and join us at Munch and Mingle for our monthly self-funded lunch in a local pub. It offers a great opportunity to meet and catch up with other people affected by mental illness. We are part of the Harrow Rethink Support Group. For more information please contact Patricia on 07914 373934 or email patriciaggates@gmail.com.

Harrow BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) Carers Support Group
We are a support group to help people who care about people with Borderline Personality Disorder or Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD). We meet to support one another, to feel less isolated and to share ideas on how to cope better with the challenges we face in supporting someone with BPD/EUPD. We usually meet on Zoom on the second Monday of the month and in person in Harrow on the last Monday of the month. You may also be interested in Families and Carers Training and Support (FACTS), a carer led programme supporting friends and families of people who have BPD/EUPD. Our main aim is to have fun while swapping a few ukulele tricks, chords and strumming techniques along the way. We meet on a Sunday and join up with the Don't Fret guitar group.
