We’re launching our new service user experience survey pilot and would like anyone who is using a Rethink service, or has used one in the last six months, to tell us about your experiences.
The questions will be relevant to the service you used and will ask you about your opinion on different aspects of the service, including your wellbeing, your experiences with the facilities and your feedback on any service improvement.
It’ll roughly take 10 minutes to complete, depending on your answers. There is a standard version of the survey and an ‘easy read’ version of the survey, which is written in a more straightforward way; please use the one you feel will suit your needs better. The survey will be open until the end of December.
Some questions are potentially challenging or triggering - if any questions upset you, please do not continue with the survey. Your well-being is paramount to us.
Your feedback will help drive our understanding of service users’ experiences of using a Rethink service, areas for improvement and how we better deliver services going forward.
