Our Daventry Carers group offers support for people whose friends or family have been affected by mental illness. We have been meeting regularly for several years but always welcome new members to join us. We provide mutual support and information through an understanding of shared experiences. We are active in the local community, create publications and deliver a programme of guest speakers who cover a variety of topics of interest. Meetings are relaxed and therapeutic, and support is offered in a safe and non-judgemental manner.

The Mind Body Medicine Yoga Group aims to support those bereaved by the suicide of a loved one through yoga, as they work through their journey after this experience. The group meets once a meet to practice yoga together. We offer a weekly session in a studio in Highgate which is also available via zoom link for those not able to make it to the venue.
