Moms Mindful Hub is a group working to support the wellbeing of mothers from across the Dudley borough. The group aims to combat social isolation by helping members build social networks and gain help through peer support meetings and organised walks which parents and carers can attend with their children.
The group delivers peer support alongside social events, guest speakers, online support, signposting and promoting self care.
