Community support
The Rethink Mental Illness Wiltshire Mental Health Inclusion Service provides a community mental health service for those in Wiltshire. It is to help support you if you are feeling isolated or lonely due to your mental health and create opportunities of growth to access your local community. The service is jointly funded by Wiltshire Council and the Wiltshire Commissioning Group.

Who we support...
- Those who suffer with mental ill-health, and
- Are aged 16 years and over, and
- Are a Wiltshire resident (or registered with a GP within Wiltshire
How to access the service...
- If you wish to make a self-referral then please get in touch by calling: 07467 764171 or emailing: WiltsMHIS@rethink.org
- If you are a professional or someone making a referral on behalf of an individual we would ask you to complete our referral form which can be downloaded (in WORD format) by clicking the button below:
