Devon Supported Housing is an individualised support service funded by Devon Partnership Trust. It offers housing related support to people with low to medium support needs, leaving a hospital or residential setting. We work closely with Service Users to ensure the support they receive is of the highest quality and is right for them. Where possible, we try to provide support at a time that best suits the needs of our Service Users. Rethink uses a “Recovery” model of support, encouraging people to manage and control their own recovery as much as possible. Our Cowick Street house is a five-bedroom property situated in Exeter. It is near both bus and train routes and has a good range of shops and amenities close by. We offer up to a 2 year stay and support our clients to move on into their own accommodation through Devon home choice, or alternative accommodations.

The Devon Enhanced Community Recovery Service (ECRS), is a specialist CQC registered, Devon based, support and accommodation service, whose key aim is to support adults, with highly complex mental health needs to develop the resources to meet their needs, providing support for those who are most vulnerable. The service provides an opportunity for its users to plan for the future and will support and encourage them to progress to more independent living accommodation wherever possible. ECRS is a high-level supported accommodation service for people with complex mental health needs to either step down from inpatient services or move from other less supported community services.
