On Saturday 16 November 2024, Rethink Mental Illness announced our 2024 award winners at our bi-annual Members' Day in London. Our annual awards recognise people and groups who have made a real difference to people severely affected by mental illness during the previous year.

Supporter of the Year: Teresa Rutterford
The Pringle award for Supporter of the Year recognises a member who has made an outstanding contribution to Rethink Mental Illness. Group of the year: Green Health Daventry
The Green Health Group is based in Daventry at the community gardens and has been established for 15 years. The group was formed through a link with a Rethink Carers Group called Daventry Carers. The group's volunteers are people with lived experience of severe and enduring mental illness. The garden is known in the area and has had volunteers referred via GPs social prescribing. Service of the Year: Sahayak BAME Service
Rethink Sahayak has been offering a cluster services that are unique and culturally sensitive to the Ethnic Minoritised communities for 28 years, since it was first established in 1996. ‘Sahayak’ in Hindi language means ‘helpful’. Click the button below to find out more about the service:
