IPS (individual placement support) employment service, supporting people experiencing severe mental illness into employment. Also, we offer job retention service for people in employment who are at risk due to their mental illness.
We offer a supported employment service to people who are in or have been part of Secondary Mental Health Services, people who are unemployed or inactive, to help them find employment. We also support a small number of people who are in employment and are struggling because of a mental illness.
