Our group offers support for people who are living with severe anxiety. We meet weekly to provide mutual support and information through an understanding of shared experiences. Meetings are relaxed, and support is offered in a safe and non-judgemental manner. New members are always welcomed.

Our welcoming group also offers members the chance to develop a range of creative skills, including textiles and sewing, card-making, painting and drawing, in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
