About us...

The Recovery College Support Service is dedicated to improving the well-being of adults experiencing mental distress by addressing their social care needs and supporting their recovery journey.

The service aims to empower individuals to take control of their lives, develop resilience, and achieve meaningful and satisfying lives.  It promotes prevention, choice, and independence while reducing demand for specialist mental health and adult social care services. The service provides personalized, one-to-one support tailored to individual needs using a person-centred, strength-based approach.

Support typically lasts 3 to 6 months, with regular reviews to monitor progress and adjust goals.
